Box & Packaging Policy

At WAXY™ Electric Ear Cleaning Irrigator, we ship every order with its original box included.
However, depending on your destination country, customs authorities may remove the cardboard box during inspection. In rare cases, they may keep the box but will still allow the building kit and instruction manual to pass through.

Please note that this is a customs decision outside of our control, and WAXY™ Electric Ear Cleaning Irrigator cannot be held responsible if the original box is removed by customs agents.

We guarantee that we always ship your product with its full original packaging, but we assure that you will still receive the building kit and the instruction manual even if customs removes the box.

Lost or Stolen Packages

WAXY™ Electric Ear Cleaning Irrigator is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking information confirms that the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided.
